Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact RESET LABS within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to review the issue.

Pre-Orders

If a pre-order is canceled by RESET LABS, customers will be notified and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

Non-Refundable Items

Opened, used or consumed products are generally not eligible for refunds or returns due to health, safety and hygiene reasons.
